USP This classic Italian dessert from Erlenbacher of Germany was awarded a star in the 2011 Superior Taste Award by the International Taste & Quality Institute.
Details The latest addition to Erlenbacher's Sweet Moments Cup range is a mix of cocoa powder-dusted mascarpone cheese, amaretto liqueur and sponge fingers soaked in coffee liqueur that is sold in individual 65g portions as an on-the-go treat. The Cup range, which is popular in hotels and coffee shops, also includes Chocolate Cup, Strawberry-Buttermilk, Peach-Yoghurt-Mango and Vanilla-Cassis flavours.
