Product Sicoly Top Down fruit purées and improved Extra fruit coulis

Details Top Down is a new line of frozen fruit purées for use in cocktails (in place of syrups) and desserts. The flexible bottles stand on a wide cap with a non-drip valve for speedy serving at the bar. Extra fruit coulis now have a higher fruit content (of 85%) and new graphics. Both lines avoid preservatives, colours, and thickeners.

Flavours Top Down - 11, including white peach, green apple and coconut; Extra - five, including exotic fruit (mango and passion fruit) and red fruit (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, blackberry and morello cherry).

Storage Two years in the freezer; five days in the fridge after thawing
