Details The frozen, skin-on fillets - which are spread with sauce and hand-topped with crunchy crumb - oven bake in 12-15 minutes from frozen. The Atlantic haddock comes in a mornay and spinach sauce, the cod in a mornay and chive sauce, and the salmon with a creamy pesto Siciliana sauce and salsa-flavoured crumb.
