Toque d'Or 2015 finalists announced

The Nestlé Professional Toque d'Or competition has announced the six teams to win places in the final.
University College Birmingham, Blackpool and The Fylde College, Doncaster College, City of Glasgow College, Sheffield City College and Westminster Kingsway College will battle it out to take the title in March.
The grand final involves a programme of learning and development activities over four days.
Nestlé Professional has worked in association with a number of partners, including the Craft Guild of Chefs and CH&Co, and new for 2015, Loch Fyne Seafood and Grill, The Elephant, Arbutus, Firmdale Hotels and Corbin & King. They will all play a role in the development and training of each Toque d'Or entrant.
