Trifles, truffle cakes and roulades from Heinz

The retro Sherry Trifle is made with Belgian chocolate and British dairy cream and has a crumbly bourbon biscuit base complemented by a splash of sherry.
The 1.14kg trifle and the 720g White Chocolate and Raspberry Roulade are supplied whole and form part of Alveston Kitchen's 49-strong frozen desserts selection.
The hand-rolled roulade is made with real fruit and British dairy cream in a light crispy meringue. The 1.3kg "generously deep" Giant Choc Truffle Cake is pre-portioned into 12 slices, loaded with chocolate truffle and dusted with chocolate powder.
Other desserts in the range include gâteaux, cheesecakes, trifles, meringues, apple pies and speciality trifles, tiramisùs and profiteroles.
