The retro Sherry Trifle is made with Belgian chocolate and British dairy cream and has a crumbly bourbon biscuit base complemented by a splash of sherry.
The 1.14kg trifle and the 720g White Chocolate and Raspberry Roulade are supplied whole and form part of Alveston Kitchen's 49-strong frozen desserts selection.
The hand-rolled roulade is made with real fruit and British dairy cream in a light crispy meringue. The 1.3kg "generously deep" Giant Choc Truffle Cake is pre-portioned into 12 slices, loaded with chocolate truffle and dusted with chocolate powder.
