Chocolate indulgence and tradition are the themes of three new puddings on the Brakes menu.

Chocaberry Pie, which is precut into 12 portions, is a chocolate pastry case layered with chocolate filling, chocolate- and cream-flavoured mousses, and covered with mounds of cranberries, redcurrants, raspberries and a sweet dusting.

Premiere Chocolate Box is a pack of 12 luxury individual puddings made in France using Belgian chocolate, combining an all-butter shortbread with a caramel-centred chocolate mousse, a layer of caramel cream and a coating of chocolate and gold dusting.

Tradition is served by the Big Apple and Blackberry Pie, which uses Bramley apples and is precut into 12 portions.
