USP The butterflies, made from fresh turkey with no added water, have an extended shelf life of 21 days, compared to just 12 days for other products on the market.
Details Relaunched after a successful trial in the food service market last Christmas, the 100% natural, skin-on butterflies are individually wrapped and vacuum packed. They are ideal for festive dinners, banquets, buffets and Christmas carvery menus.
How supplied Fresh (or frozen on request) in boxes of 4 x 4kg. Each 4kg portion feeds between 35 and 50 people.
