Fresh Turkey Paupiettes from the Barton Meat Company are stuffed with cranberry, chestnut and sage and wrapped in smoky bacon to serve as an alternative to carved turkey.
Also available are turkey parcels filled with chestnuts, orange and port to add a burst of flavour to the Christmas menu. A turkey escalope is rolled with a chestnut, port and orange filling and is wrapped in bacon to create a neat parcel.
The 275g paupiettes and the 285g turkey parcels are each supplied in packs of 10. Both products can be oven-cooked from fresh at 190°C for 20-30 minutes until juices run clear and a core temperature of 75°C is achieved.
