UCD12 under-counter water boiler from Instant

The UCD12 under-counter water boiler - the latest addition to Instanta's UCD line - can dispense up to 168 cups (28 litres) of hot water each hour.

The compact unit, which measures 540mm (H) x 360mm (W) x 415mm (D), sits out of view with just the chrome and stainless-steel push-button font visible on the counter-top, along with a stainless-steel drip tray.

The boiler will keep water at a constant 95°C after the initial 35-minute heat-up period, but this can be reduced to 80°C if required. It will deliver either a programmed measured amount, or water on demand. Safety features include minimal steam escape, four water-level sensors, early-warning intelligent diagnostics with LCD read-out and a safety cut-out device on overflow and the element.
