UK debut for Broderick's Brothers Irish handmade cakes and snacks

Irish cake makers Barry and Bernard Broderick have made their premium handmade cake and snack range, Broderick's, available to UK caterers for the first time.

The cakes are made from quality ingredients such as locally sourced Irish butter and Belgian chocolate and are an extension of the business their mother, Ina, founded, selling home-made cheesecakes to local restaurants and hotels.

The line-up includes traditional favourites such as Rocky Road, Chocolate Brownies, Caramel Slices, Belgium Chocolate Caramel Nut Bars, Tiffin Slices, Fruit Cakes, Granola Slices and Winter Slices, along with more unusual flavours such as Chocolate Cranberry Nut Bar and Yogurt, Mango and Papaya bar.

The bars are sold to food service in boxes of 25.
