UK suppliers for US All-Clad premium cookware
Two of the All-Clad ranges of premium cookware from the USA are now available in the UK through a handful of exclusive retailers. These include the websites of chefs Rick Stein and Nick Nairn, along with Divertimenti, Fabstuff.co.uk and Fenwick.
The line is the offspring of metallurgist John Ulam, who created a new process of bonding metals to produce highly conductive, durable, well-balanced and controllable cookware.
The two collections on offer in the UK are the Stainless and the Copper Core, which both offer perfectly fitted lids; hand-polished, non-reactive stainless-steel interiors; and long, stay-cool stainless-steel handles.
The extensive ranges include frypans, stockpots, pasta pentolas, steamers, roti pans, rice pots, fish poachers, sauciers and butter warmers.
