Unfiltered Lambda olive oil from LiquidLust

Lambda extra virgin olive oil is made with Koroneiki olives from the Kritsa region of Greece.
Selected olives are hand-picked and pressed within 8-10 hours for an intensely fruity taste.
Described by the company as "the Rolls-Royce of olive oils", Lambda has a low level of acidity and the oil is cold-extracted and unfiltered to give it a medium peppery flavour.
The oil is left unfiltered in order to conserve the phytonutrients, including vitamin E, chlorophylls, carotenoids, polyphenols and other natural antioxidants.
Previously available exclusively in Denmark, Lambda comes in 500ml glass bottles in cases of 12.
