Unilever launches online magazine for Hellmann's Vinaigrettes

The magazine, Best Dressed, is packed with tips, recipes and case studies showing how to use the vinaigrettes to create more exciting and appealing salads. It also explains how to get free point of sale and downloadable salad servinfg suggestion cards for salad buffets.

Salads are among the top five items consumed outside of the house and research by Unilever found that health was the primary reason for choosing a salad (for 63% of consumers), followed by the desire for more exciting choices cited by 47% of respondents.

The research also found that 51% of consumers found work place salads to be inferior to those on offer in the high street.

Hellmann's Vinaigrettes dressings are the only two-phase vinaigrettes that are widely available and they deliver natural separation, good stability after shaking and a long shelf life. Flavours include Balsamic, Basil, Citrus, Raspberry, and Sesame Soy (which scooped the Gold award in the [Caterer and Hotelkeeper Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2010).
