Caterers looking for something different from the tried-and-tested flavours of ice-cream might be interested to find out about M"venpick's latest varieties, including VSOP Cognac and Ricotta and Pink Pepper.
The Cognac ice-cream is made with Very Superior Old Pale Cognac and Cognac-marinated Granny Smith apple pieces.
The savoury Ricotta and Pink Pepper flavour combines ricotta cheese with pink pepper to deliver a refreshing ice-cream with a kick.
Both varieties come in 2.4-litre tubs.
