Details A side-mounted wash system increases capacity by four extra GN pans per cycle within a smaller footprint. The steam and detergent injection provides a pre-soak stage to remove protein and starch-based soil. Other features include: more powerful wash pumps, redesigned wash arms that increase water circulation; easy-to-use single-button operation; and automatic cleaning and hygiene systems.
