US-style tray bakes from the Handmade Cake Company
Four US-style tray bakes have been added to the Handmade Cake Company range.
A melt-in-the-mouth Rocky Road variety is made with mini marshmallows, raisins, digestive biscuits and a dusting of icing sugar, while a Lemon Drizzle all-butter sponge contains oil and lemon curd topped with crunchy sugar pearls and lemon icing.
A Granola Slice is crunchy on top and soft and chewy on the inside. It is packed with oats, raisins, coconut, apricots, pumpkin and sunflower seeds bound together with golden syrup and butter.
A Chocolate Pecan Brownie is simply a moist chocolate brownie with chopped pecans sprinkled on top. Each tray bake measures 18cm by 30cm and is pre-portioned into 12 triangles. All of the company's cakes are free from artificial colourings and flavours.
