Five types of single-varietal olive oil are available from the family-owned company Valderrama, including Picudo (suitable with fish and sauces); Hojiblanca (suitable with meat); Arbequina (for salads and pasta) and Ocal, which can be used as a substitute for butter in cooking.
The oils are milled at the producer's own farm in just 45 minutes, stored in stainless-steel tanks and bottled to maintain freshness.
They are available in five-litre bag-in-a-box formats.
Also available are white and black truffle oils made with real pieces of truffle and supplied in 100ml bottles, with six bottles per case.
