Vegetable crisps from Glennans
Uttoxeter-based Glennans offers a selection of hand-cooked pan-fried vegetable crisps for caterers to serve alone, with sandwiches or even as part of canapé recipes.
The food service range includes 600g buckets of mixed vegetable, plantain and sweet potato or parsnip and black pepper crisps; 20g of mixed vegetable crisps; or 15g of sweet potato and beetroot crisps.
The vegetables are pan-fried with the skin still on in sunflower oil to reduce the saturated fats in the product, and are seasoned without artificial flavourings or additives.
