Product Petit Pois vegetable cupcakes

USP These guilt-free cakes are made from grated vegetables - pumpkin, courgette or beetroot - rather than butter and added sugar. They freeze without damaging taste, texture or nutritional value and provide an extended shelf life (of five days after thawing) as the vegetables do not stiffen like butter but continue to moisturise and sweeten the cakes.

Details They contain half the fat and calories of conventional cupcakes; are gluten- and lactose-free; contain all-natural ingredients such as free-range eggs, 70% cocoa chocolate, real vanilla beans and unwaxed citrus fruits; and thaw in an hour. Each is topped with a thin layer of icing and a green marzipan pea.
