The TM1 Ital vegetable cutter from Apuro makes short work of chopping up a diverse range of foods, from potatoes and peppers to strawberries and mozzarella.

The 525W heavy-duty ventilated motor can reach speeds of up to 300rpm and the cutter can churn out up to 200kg of root vegetables in an hour. The stainless-steel cutter with removable plastic lid and three safety microswitches comes with four blades(two slicing knives, a chipping plate and a grating knife) and a storage basket as standard, while optional extras include specialist slicers, graters, dicers and baton cutters.

Apuro's all-metal KitchenAid mixer is a countertop planetary mixer that achieves a consistent blend to the edge of the bowl. It has a 325W motor and can stir, mix, knead, beat, slice, grate or grind in a range of adjustable speeds.

It comes complete with a 4.8-litre stainless-steel bowl, plastic bowl cover, dough hook, flat beater and wire whip.
