Its new meat-free line-up includes Broccoli and Cheese Bake - broccoli florets in cheese sauce topped with sauted potatoes and grated cheese - which is supplied on a microwaveable or ovenproof board that can be reheated from the freezer and comes in cases of 12 x 400g servings.
The Brakes Value Cheese and Tomato Quiche Slab combines tomato with a blend of cheeses and an onion and basil seasoning in a 1kg slab format. Rounding off the range are two classic pasta dishes which come in 12 x 400g cases that microwave in just seven minutes - Macaroni Cheese, and Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni, which comprises two pasta tubes filled with spinach and ricotta in a sweet tomato sauce.
