Volcanic ices from Schöller

The Fischer Vesuvio Ice Cream Experience is a new trio of single-portion desserts from Schöller that secrete a fruity filling inside a mound of ice-cream - like magma in a volcano.
Vesuvio Arancione surrounds a tangy orange filling with chocolate ice-cream and tops it off with dairy chocolate shavings. Red berries combine with white chocolate ice-cream in the Vesuvio Rosso, which is garnished with fruit sauce and white chocolate slivers. Last but not least, Vesuvio Mela is an apple and vanilla dairy ice-cream filled with apple and topped with crunchy fruit pieces.
The desserts, sold in packs of 12, are ready to serve directly from the freezer and are featured on new table-top menus from Schöller.
