The Vollrath Soup Merchandiser from FEM has been designed to heat and keep soups at an optimum serving temperature, so they are ready to ladle out in an instant.
The 464mm x 667mm x 648mm tabletop unit includes a durable Aluminium Composite Material that displays high-resolution, made-to-order graphics advertising the soup of the day that can be easily removed and changed.
The merchandiser comes with a stainless steel adapter plate, hinged-lidded pans and serving ladles. Its ability to hold 8-litre, 6.6-litre or full-size pans means caterers can display several varieties of soup at one time.
Safety features include an on/off light and a low water indicator to warn when the bain marie needs to be topped up.
