The UK's largest food & drink event, IFE 2015, is taking place at ExCeL London on 22-25 March.
It will be highlighting a diverse range of flavours from around the world, particularly Central and South America, with participating countries including Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico and Ecuador.
According to a survey conducted by The Food People, Brazilian, Peruvian and Argentinean dishes are tipped to be the top trending cuisines of 2015 with dishes such as Brazilian churrascaria and Peruvian ceviche increasingly in demand.
Show director Chris McCuin said: "With increasing excitement around the tastes and flavours coming from countries in Central and South America, we are extremely pleased that we have so many exhibitors at IFE this year. The exhibition will offer both exhibitors and visitors the perfect vantage point for understanding and following 2015 food trends."
