Warewashing energy savers from Winterhalter
The use of Intelligent Resource Technology (IRT) significantly reduces the use of water and electricity across the spectrum of Winterhalter dishwashers and glass washers.
For example, the IRT rinse systems can cut water consumption by 25% on the GS200 and GS300 front-loading washers and the GS500 pass-through washers, and by up to 30% on the MT rack conveyor machines.
A Reduced Temperature system will wash glasses at 40ºC to deliver annual savings of about 2,000kWh a year, while the IRT Energy and Energy+ technologies use waste steam (and water in the more advanced version) to reduce the total connected load on the GS500 by 3kW and 6kW respectively.
New drying zones in the MT series of rack and flight conveyor machines cut connected load by 2kW or 4kW.
