Welbilt has released details of its ‘Open Up to Innovation' platform, which includes culinary assistance, consultancy and after sales, with an emphasis on the importance of equipment speed, ease of use and reduction of food waste to support operators to increase profitability and drive customer satisfaction.
Jean Paul Roudier, vice-president of sales and marketing EMEA for Welbilt, explained: "Welbilt is only too aware of the struggles that each sector and outlet within the hospitality industry has experienced over the last few months.
