Whirl liquid vegetable oil from AAK

Suitable for shallow-frying, grilling and roasting, or as a recipe ingredient, Whirl is a liquid vegetable oil which manufacturer AAK Foodservice says has a rich, buttery taste, and it is approved by the Vegetarian Society.
The product was reformulated at the start of 2008 and is now non-hydrogenated, having less than 0.5% trans-fats compared with up to 5% in butter.
There is no need to refrigerate, clarify or reduce Whirl and it does not spit, burn or discolour pans in normal use. It comes in cases of 3 x 4-litre bottles, with dispensers available for ease of portion control.
