Whirlwinds and butter brioches from Délifrance
The new Whirlwind and Butter Brioche frozen lines from French pâtisserie manufacturer Délifrance are said to be equally suitable for breakfasts, coffee complements, snacks or desserts.
The Whirlwinds are authentic French butter croissant pastries swirled with crème pâtissière that come in Red Berries, Peach, Pecan and Chocolate varieties. Sold in packs of 60, they will bake in minutes from frozen in their individual decorative paper cases.
The individual Butter Brioches, which have a home-made appearance and come in their own craft-paper cases, offer an alternative to muffins and can be served as a summer dessert with fruit or as buffet bites. They are supplied in five small bags in packs of 20, and will bake from frozen in 10 minutes.
