Wiesheu EBO Deck Ovens from Dibas are a solution for caterers that need extra capacity to heat up pizzas while they're baking off snacks.

The system allows up to three individually controlled baking chambers to be stacked on top of each other.

There are four styles, a choice of widths from 930mm to 1,550mm, and chamber heights ranging from a 165mm model to a 200mm option.

Four possible control units are available - the intelligent-control 1S500, the multi-appliance IS600, a digital control unit with automatic night start, and a manual control.

The ovens come with extra options, stands and provers, including a separate steam function and a Nostalgic finish that recreates the look of a traditional bakery.
