Win £50 vouchers for low-gluten cornmeal pizza crusts from Dr Oetker

In a bid to raise awareness of people suffering from coeliac disease in the UK, Dr Oetker Foodservice is giving away three £50 vouchers for cornmeal crust pizza company Otto Pizza in Notting Hill. With the pizza crusts containing a mix of cornmeal and organic wheat flour, they are ideal for people with mild wheat intolerance. In addition, the pizza company also sells a "made without gluten" pizza.

Dr Oetker offers two hassle-free baking mixes, Gluten Free White Bread and Pizza Base Mix and Gluten Free Sponge and Cupcake Mix, which are the first complete mix of their kind on the market.

With just added water and oil formulas, each mix (4 x 1kg per case) guarantees consistently good results, while opening up sweet and savoury options for a growing consumer base.
