Win one of five Boozetubes from Brakes

31 May 2012 by

With so many events to celebrate over the summer, Brakes Catering Equipment is encouraging people to take the tube when they are drinking - the Boozetube that is. The eight-pint, tabletop clear tube with a help-yourself dispensing tap, saves on repeated trips to the bar and promises to liven up any gathering. And Caterer and Hotelkeeper has five to give away absolutely free.

Standing three-feet high, the shatterproof polycarbonate Boozetube is filled with the customer's beverage of choice at the bar, then taken to the table and fitted to the sturdy base where a group of friends can dispense at their leisure from the transparent tap fixed at the bottom of the tube. Gravity pulls the liquid down the tube and a simple on-off switch prevents flooding. A small hole in the lid allows the gas to be released, to ensure the perfect pint, while the tube itself keeps the beverage cold.

After use it takes just one minute to dismantle and rinse using the "fill and shake" technique. The base and tap are also removable for a more thorough cleanse using the purpose-made Boozetube cleaning brushes.
