Details A mix of pre-sliced cakes and cheesecakes and individual pâtisserie products designed for all-day consumption through a range of channels, including hotels, tea and coffee shops and event caterers.

Pre-portioned Apple Cake, lightly spiced, with sultanas and apple and topped with Bramley apple slices; Raspberry & Chocolate Brulée Cheesecake (on a chocolate brownie base) and Cappucino Cheesecake (on a biscuit base and topped with whipped vanilla cream).
