Wok sauces and condiments from Heinz – Hotelympia

A new range of sauces and noodles will be launched by Amoy to accompany its Straight to Wok noodle range.

The new sauces range is available in 2.25kg bottles and comprises Black Bean, Yellow Bean, Yellow Pepper, Sweet and Sour, Mushroom and Oyster, Hoi Sin and Plum, Szechuan Kung Po and Asian BBQ.

The company has also revamped its back-of-house sauces range, replacing Frank Cooper's branding with Heinz for Mint, Horseradish, Coarse Grain Mustard and Dijon Mustard.

The selection includes new 1.25 litre jars of Dijon Mustard, English Mustard, Coarse Grain Mustard and French Mustard.
