YXD convection ovens from Pantheon

Pies, cakes, buns and loaves can all be baked front-of-house in the four-strong range of YXD electric convection ovens from Pantheon.
They pack a 2.23cu ft capacity into compact external dimensions of 595mm wide x 595mm deep x 570mm high.
As well as the basic convection-only model, the range embraces versions with steam pulse, a separate upper chamber heater, and the top-of-the-range YXD-4A oven with both steam and upper chamber.
List prices start from £640 for the ovens, which all feature internal lights, four shelves, and an audible 120-minute timer.
