Zero blast chillers and freezers from ISA

A wide choice of sizes and accessories make the new Zero range of blast chillers/freezers from ISA suitable for a variety of uses, from ice-cream parlours, fast-food joints and pastry shops to restaurants and commercial catering businesses.

Advanced electronics make life easy for caterers, who can either use the nine pre-set programs or input their own customised programs via a simple control panel with LCD display. All feature reversible, 180° opening doors that remain open over 90° for easy loading, a stainless steel finish, audio and visual warnings of malfunctions and the choice of automatic hot-gas defrost or manual defrost.

Additionally, the temperature probe can be heated at the end of a freezing cycle for easy removal, the appliances will print out automatic records of the cooling cycle and the sterilisation program can be boosted with an optional germicidal lamp. Models are available in horizontal and vertical configurations and the Zero T5, T8 and T8VT can be fitted for ice-cream container kits in place of the standard GN trays.
