Sam Coulstock

Sam Coulstock is an award-winning hospitality and training leader with a 30-year career spanning hospitality, education, charity and professional development. He currently serves as executive director of growth and partnerships at Umbrella Training, where he leads strategic expansion and industry collaboration across apprenticeship and commercial training programmes. He is the founder and chief executive of Inspired Community Group CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to motivating and guiding young people in their career journeys, as well as being a fellow of both the Institute of Hospitality and the Institute of Employability Professionals.
