AiP awards recognise high achievers in school catering
School caterer Alliance in Partnership (AiP) has recognised its outstanding staff at its annual achievement awards.
The caterer's school clients put forward nominees from their AiP staff and this year saw more than 50 individuals considered for an award.
"The awards create a tremendous sense of pride and excitement from our staff, pupils and teachers alike," said Sally Tyson, AiP sales and mobilisation director.
Each category winner was presented with an award, personalised apron, food hamper and high-street vouchers by Tyson and the head teacher of the school during an assembly.
David Weller, AiP managing director, had the ultimate vote. He said: "Although there is only one final winner in each category, everyone who has been nominated should feel proud in their achievement."

Best Catering Manager - Simone Broadbridge from Wye Valley High School
