BaxterStorey appoints Simon Fennell as new finance director

Contract caterer BaxterStorey has appointed Simon Fennell as its new finance director.

He has joined BaxterStorey from Williams Lea, where he was commercial services manager and then group investment controller.

Noel Mahony, chief executive of BaxterStorey, said: "Simon's appointment has come at a crucial time for the company as we proactively enhance our presence across the UK and Ireland. I'm delighted to be working closely with him as he develops customer-specific business structures to maximise the value of our catering solutions and provide a very real employee benefit for our clients."

Fennell said: "BaxterStorey is experiencing rapid growth in a competitive market so it's an exciting time for me to join and take on the challenge of this new role. I'm really looking forward to leading the team in driving value for each of our clients by maximising the effectiveness of our bespoke catering services."
