Recruitment firm Right4Staff launches hospitality and catering division

Independent recruitment firm Right4Staff has launched a new hospitality and catering division following demand from both large national hospitality and catering clients and small local businesses.

The recruitment firm has, in the past, provided temporary, contract and permanent services to the hospitality and catering sector on an ad hoc basis, but it had witnessed a significant increase in interest in recent months.

Right4Staff counts Compass, ISS Food, Graysons Restaurants and Mitie Catering among its client roster.

Managing director Paul Smith said: "In the catering environment. even the loss of just one member of staff can have a serious impact on such a strong customer service environment.

"Another issue is that all catering staff working in the education sector need to have current CRB checks which can be rather challenging when we are looking to cover sickness or absence at short notice. Still, who wants a quiet life? "
