Vacherin appoints Stuart Williams as group catering manager for EMI

Boutique London caterer Vacherin has appointed Stuart Williams as group catering manager for EMI Music.

Williams joins Vacherin with 10 years of experience in the catering industry and commercial sector. His most recent role was general manager at Zest Caterers' flagship contract at International Power, in London.

He will be responsible for three catering contracts for EMI Music at High Street Kensington, Hammersmith and the iconic Abbey Road Studios.

He said: "I began my career as a chef and I am very passionate about quality food and produce, which complements Vacherin's ‘Tastier, Brighter, Stronger' ethos. I have always wanted to work for a company with strong principals and a focus on providing a top class service so I am delighted to become part of the Vacherin team."

Vacherin commercial director, Phil Roker, welcomed Williams to the company. "He has a great understanding of current food trends and the commercial market as well as fantastic leadership skills. I am sure he will be a valuable addition to the team," he said.
