Yesterday Greene King announced the restructure of its managed pub business and departure of Greene King Pub Company managing director Mark Angela.

Hotel company De Vere has also renewed its existing deal with 3663, which will see 3663 continue to supply the group's 14 hotel properties for another three years in a deal worth £7.4m per annum.
