Joseph Holt lets 15 Manchester pubs
Manchester-based brewer and pub firm Joseph Holt is to let 15 pubs in the Greater Manchester area from today.
The sites will be let through property agent Fleurets.
Tim Martin, associate at Fleurets, said: "An initial group of 15 pubs will be going to the market - these will be available on traditional brewery tenancies, with a term of three years. The tenant is only responsible for the repair and insuring of the internal element of the pub, whilst the guide rents are competitive and are subject to three-yearly reviews. The agreement features a full tie for draught and packaged beers, lagers and stouts, alcopops, ciders, minerals, wines and spirits.
John Waterhouse, tenancy area manager at Joseph Holt, said: "We're looking for people with drive, business acumen and the desire to build a business. In return, we're offering some great opportunities backed-up with accredited training and comprehensive ‘support package'."
