Pierre Koffmann joins the Great Sausage Roll Off 2017 judging panel

Chef Pierre Koffmann has been added to the judging panel of this year's Great Sausage Roll Off.

The competition, which takes place on 25 January at the Red Lion in Barnes, will see 19 chefs compete to create the best sausage roll.

Joining Koffmann to judge the rolls will be Graham Garrett, chef owner of the West House, in Biddenden, Kent; Mark Poynton, chef owner of Alimentum in Cambridge; Dan Doherty chef director of the Duck and Waffle in Bishopsgate, London; and Neil Rankin, owner of Temper in London's Soho.
