Premier Travel Inn and Paramount Restaurants to open Caffé Uno in new London hotel

Budget hotel chain Premier Travel Inn and Paramount Restaurants have teamed up to open a Caffé Uno at a new Premier Travel Inn hotel in London.

The hotel, currently a Holiday Inn, is undergoing refurbishment and will reopen as a Premier Travel Inn in August.

Paramount will lease and manage the 80-seat restaurant, provide the investment capital for development and will also deliver the hotel breakfast to guests.

• Costa has signed an exclusive deal with supermarket giant Tesco to install coffee shops into a number of stores. Costa will open coffee shops in Tesco's St Ives, Cornwall; London Kensington and Hove, West Sussex supermarkets.
