The finalists for the National and Junior Chef of Wales contests have been announced, with the country’s top chefs set to compete in January for the title.
Sam Griffiths, a 26-year-old sous chef at the Chester Grosvenor hotel, has been awarded the National Chef of Wales title, having finished third last year.
