Twelve restaurants, including Margot Henderson’s the Three Horseshoes in Somerset and Boys Hall in Kent, have been added to the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland’s selection this month.

Ten new restaurants, including tinned fish specialist Saltie Girl in London and Furna in Brighton, have been added to the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland’s selection this month.

Adam Tooby-Desmond has been appointed head chef at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London this month.
