Paul Bocuse’s L'Auberge du Pont de Collonge restaurant will lose the three Michelin stars it has held continuously since 1965.

French chef Marc Veyrat has lost a legal bid against the Michelin guide in France after his restaurant La Maison des Bois had its third star removed.

As Michelin handed out the biggest haul of stars ever seen in the Great Britain and Ireland guide, it was the regions and Ireland that hogged the spotlight. The Caterer highlight's some of the lesser-known stars.
