National Chef of the Year

The Young National Chef of the Year (YNCOTY) finalists have been announced ahead of the final stage of the competition in October.

This year’s National Chef of the Year finalists have been announced, whittled down from 33 to just 12, who will go on to cook at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu in London.

The Craft Guild of Chefs has announced changes to its National Chef of the Year competition due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Entries have opened for the Craft Guild’s National Chef of the Year 2021 competition, with chair of judges Paul Ainsworth calling for more female chefs to throw their hats in the ring.
