Card-controlled consistency

AN internal milk storage and foaming facility within the new Cafina c5 espresso/cappuccino coffee maker ensures a constant output of milked coffee styles while a new computer chip card ensures consistent preprogramming and monitoring of several machines. The latter facility would suit a multiple site operator wanting to provide exactly the same branded beverage offer in all its units.

Another card contains full details of machines service history to eliminate the need for manual record-keeping. The internal milk storage unit holds up to 1.5 litres in an integrated refrigerated container, heating and foaming the milk as required. Where larger quantities are needed, a modular external 5 litre container is available.
