What does a subscription to The Caterer give me?
There are three tiers to enjoying The Caterer website:
Guest access: Without logging in, guests can view two articles per month
Logged-in access: These users can view unlimited non-premium articles. Register here for free
Subscriber: For as little as £4.58 per month, read all articles across the website, including premium features which are only available for subscribers. Subscribe here
How do I login to The Caterer?
If you had an account on our previous website, you need to reset your password and update your details to be able to login to our new site.
How can I receive The Caterer's content to my email?
You can sign up for The Caterer's newsletters to receive news and features directly to your inbox.
How do I get in touch for further assistance?

Does my subscription automatically renew?
Your subscription will automatically renew according to the subscription purchased. If you bought a monthly subscription, £4.99 will be charged on a monthly basis, while an annual subscription gives you access for one year – at which point you will be charged for the next year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply visit My Account and under Subscriptions, click Manage. Here you can cancel any ongoing subscriptions, and will not be charged for the next period. Note that if you have paid for a subscription, you will still have access until it expires, even if you cancel.
Why am I no longer receiving The Caterer magazine?
The Caterer has moved to become an entirely digital brand, with premium content available for subscribers. In this move we are no longer creating a weekly issue.
